All have achieved consistently outstanding results as RGMs and demonstrated leadership skills, communication ability, and managerial insight throughout Summerwood's rigorous interview and selection process, and Summerwood is proud to announce their new promotions.

Natalie Logan started working at Taco Bell in the fall of 1993, at the age of 18. She was part of the team that opened the King of Prussia Taco Bell, and was later promoted to Shift Manager there. In 1998, she left Taco Bell to work as an Assistant Manager for Flamers, Inc, but after two years she came back to use. She returned to Summerwood in the summer of 2000, as a Shift Manager at the combination Taco Bell/KFC/Pizza Hut in Lima, PA. She was soon promoted to Assistant Manager there. In 2004, she was offered the position of General Manager at the Pennsville KFC/Taco Bell, where she remained until 2008. She took another leave of absence from Summerwood, as the General Manager for Qdoba Mexican Grill, where she remained until 2009. However, missing Summerwood, she returned to manage the Kennett Square Taco Bell, and was ranked one of the Best of the Best. She was also able to run multiple units while remaining in the Top 10.

Cheryl McKee started working in fast food in high school with Rally Hamburgers. While attending Rowan College, a friend introduced her to Taco Bell, and, enticed by the flexible hours, she began working at the Cherry Hill location. At that location, she worked her way up from an employee, to a Shift Manager, to Assistant General Manager, to Restaurant General Manager – all while raising a family and attending school. She was ranked RGM of the Year, which she counts as one of her greatest achievements. She was soon promoted to Restaurant Training Manager, and is now excited to be one of our new District Coaches.

Eric Lindenberger began working for Summerwood in August 1998, at the age of 16, Throughout the next 12 years, he worked his way up at the Oxford Valley Taco Bell, filling the positions of team trainer, shift leader, and Assistant General Manager. He briefly worked at the East Norriton location as Assistant General Manager, but soon returned to the Oxford Valley location and became Restaurant General Manager there. In January 2009, he became a Restaurant Training Manager in Tullytown. His greatest accomplishments include having his store ranked at #9 in the company, becoming a Restaurant Training Manager, and ranking #1 for CBCC's during numerous periods. He also achieved the first 100% CER in Summerwood history in 2010.

Rob Spare began his career with Taco Bell as a Team Member in 1998. After completing high school, he was promoted to Shift Lead. He earned his B.A. at Dickinson College while working as a Taco Bell manager in Hazleton where he would walk two miles to work and back for as much as 30 hours a week while attending college full time student. After studying abroad, he returned to the Maple group (then Comida Corporation) and worked at the Front St. store as a shift manager. After graduating from college and completing a training program, Rob began work as an RGM and within four months, achieved some of the highest scores at his company. Rob was promoted to Area Coach at Comida and significantly improved a portfolio of challenged stores. He then took on the challenge of turning around the Lehigh Valley stores when Summerwood purchased the franchise in 2008. Rob says of Summerwood "I never looked back and have been thrilled at the opportunities and especially some of the great leaders that I've had the pleasure to work with". With Summerwood, he opened the Richland store and remained in Richland for most of 2009. Most recently, he worked at Easton.
